Common questions
Can I create my own account?
No. User accounts are created only by an Admin using a valid email and temporary password.
What if I forget my password?
Use “Forgot password?” on the login page. Recovery is sent only to the valid email registered to your account.
Can I login from another device?
Yes. The first device is trusted during account onboarding; another device needs one-time Admin approval.
